About Busi
For as long as I can remember, I’ve held space for others to be seen, to be heard, and to remember who they are beneath the noise. My work is not just about coaching; it’s about guiding people back to themselves, helping them unlearn, heal, and thrive with radical self-love at the core.
I’m Busi, a Coach, Change Facilitator, NLP Practitioner, and Leadership Mentor with over 23 years of experience across corporate leadership, team dynamics, and personal transformation. But more than titles, I am a truth-teller, a pattern-breaker, and a mirror for your deepest becoming.
After walking through the fires of grief, burnout, reinvention, and finding my voice again, I began to ask better questions, the kind that open hearts and unlock potential.
And now, I invite you into that same kind of becoming.
The Work I do ….
Whether you’re a leader navigating change, a team in need of alignment, or an individual ready to reclaim your power, there is a seat for you here.
🌀 Group Coaching
From “Change Your Money Story” to “Navigating Power Dynamics,” I create sacred, courageous spaces for you to meet yourself and others with honesty and compassion. My 3-Month Transformation Programme, Teen Emotional Wellness series, and Imposter Syndrome journey are just some of the ways I support deep inner work in the community.
💼 Corporate Coaching
Today’s workplace requires more than performance; it calls for emotional intelligence, authentic leadership, and psychological safety. I work with teams and executives to unlock these through bespoke programs like “Leading from the Heart,” Team Building with the Enneagram, and tailored Transformation Packages.
🌱 One-on-One Coaching
In one-on-one coaching, we uncover the hidden layers. Through the Growth Package, pay-as-you-go sessions, or Radical Self-Love journeys, I walk with you as you return to wholeness, purpose, and clarity.
The journey that shaped me…..
The Journey That Shaped Me
I built my career in the corporate world, managing teams, driving transformation strategies, and sitting at leadership tables where power, politics, and pressure often collided. I saw firsthand the silent burnout of high-performing women, the unspoken toll of leadership without support, and the power dynamics that quietly suffocated innovation and authenticity.
And then life interrupted me.
Losing my husband was a chapter I never imagined writing. The grief shattered me in unexpected ways. I lost more than a partner; I lost my sense of certainty, my rhythm, and the life I thought I was building. But in that darkness, something else emerged: the courage to start anew, to reshape the rules, and to establish a life and business grounded in truth, service, and profound alignment.
I began to coach from that place, not from perfection, but from presence.
